Fall Dishes to Use our Summer Produce
Even thought we are knocking on the door of Autumn we do have a few more weeks of late summer to get through, for many people the fall is the time of melancholy as days become shorter and cooler.
Here at Chameleon we are dedicate to what is fresh and seasonal. As much as we love to pretend
we're completely against of the season, that's not entirely the case.
We need to come clean...we love fall. We're looking forward to our new fall/ winter menu and call us crazy but the rich, cozy, calming dishes associated with cooler weather make us jump for joy inside Chameleon kitchen.
The thing is as much we are anticipating the start of a new season, the weather hasn't change yet, moreover we've still got lot of summer produce in our fridges from our local farm so for now we take this end of the summer produces and transform them into dishes that are perfect for sweater weather.
Saute Tomato&Herb Pasta, Ratatouille, Corn&Salmon Chowder and Three Color Tomato with Avocado&Corn
